Innovative Management Solutions, LLC (IMS) is an association management company, a unique type of business designed to support non-profit, not-for-profit and other organizations by maximizing resource utilization and streamlining operations in a way that meets the goals of the board of directors, fulfills the mission of the organization and grows the association, driving it forward as the membership desires. IMS understands the economic needs of associations and the importance of leveraging resources – human, fiscal, intellectual and material – in order to assist the organization in reaching its goals.

Meet The Team

Jolie Estes, MS, CAE

Owner / President

Jolie has over fifteen years of experience in non-profit and event management, working with various professional societies, technology based organizations, venture capitalists, “watch-dog” organizations and trade associations. For more than seven years, Jolie worked with the military at various installations both domestic and overseas serving members whilst planning and managing events.

In 2000 Jolie worked with Gayle Stewart Enterprises, an association management company in Southern California, employing her event management and organizational skills and honing her association leadership skills. During her tenure with Gayle Stewart Enterprises, she worked with a myriad of associations that included Building Owners and Managers Association of Orange County, Institute of Real Estate Management and Executive Association of Orange County.  Her expansive leadership skills were directly engaged with a broad range of non-profit and not-for-profit organizations including Tech Coast Venture Network, Network Professional Association and Southern California Painting and Decorating Contractors of America among others.
As the CEO of Innovative Management Solutions, she superintends a broad assortment of organization activities for all IMS clients working closely with the Boards of Directors, members, associates and dedicated staff to realize each organization’s strategic objectives. With the collaboration of her expert team, Jolie has assisted in the creation of new associations, the merger of four related non-profits and the overall growth of all IMS clients.

She earned her B.S. in Education – Recreation and Park Administration, cum laude, from University of Memphis. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Walden University. She is a member of American Society of Association Executives, Washington State Association Executives and AMC Institute.

In 2015 she was honored by the American Society of Association Executives with the conveyance of the CAE (Certified Association Executive) credential, the highest professional credential in the association industry.

She believes strongly in giving back to the community, hence proudly volunteers her time and supports Wounded Warrior Project, the Children’s Museum of Skagit County, Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Mount Vernon Youth Football and the USO.

Stephen Hayes

Financial Administrator

Stephen has more than thirty years of experience in event and project management as well as resource development, procurement, and control. Developed in both non-profit and retail settings his fiscal management and analysis skills are unmatched. He has a high success rate in the evaluation of organizational fiscal health and the development of proactive budgets to address the financial concerns of those establishments. His evaluations and cost analysis have been held in high regard by industry professionals developing their buying strategies and fiscal operations.

Stephen completed stellar service in the armed forces for 22 years. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and Genetics.
